The Hana Country Cottage is a two story cottage. $260 per night, single or double occupancy. Three-night minimum. Children 14 years & up, no pets. The property is for the exclusive use of our registered guests ONLY. We do not allow any parties or large gatherings in the cottage.
Hawaii has a general excise tax, and room tax, that equals 12.4%, which is added to the base price per night.
We accept personal checks and travelers checks. No credit cards. Call ellenu@maui.net to make reservations. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will send you
a map and a confirmation card as a receipt.
Maximum occupancy is two persons. We will accommodate more, at $25 per person, after the initial two.
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. There are no early check-ins.
Minimum stay is three days at Hana Country Cottage. If you wish to stay for less than three days we may be able to accommodate you, but there will be an additional maid service charge. Please check with us for specifics.
Payment of the 50% deposit should be made by check, bank draft (cashier's) check or traveler's checks. Add 12.4% Hawaii tax to all payments. No out-of-country checks. Checks should be made out to "E. Unterman" and sent to P.O. Box 788, Kula, Hi 96790
Payment of the the remaining 50% balance needs to be received in our office thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Sorry, no Visa or MasterCard.
Most cell phones DO NOT Work in Hana, Maui. Please bring a calling card for long distance calls.
